Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We ship worldwide.
• We use DHL, SkyNET & FedEx for international orders.
• Delivery within Pakistan with TCS & Leopard while Darewroo in Peshawar.
• Tracking URL/Code will be provided 2 days after shipping. In certain cases once the packge leave Dubai custom

Processing Time:

• Dress : 7-10 days
• Waistcoat : 4-5 days
• Pakol & Jewelry : 1 Day
• Footwear Ready : 1 Day
• Footwear Customized : 4-5 days

Return & Refund Policy

We receive 100% return of the product if the product is not the same as requested including color, size issue with the following rules/policy.

• Return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We don’t accept return order with invalid size which was sent by customer.
• We don’t accept return order The product must be return in same packing without any damage.with invalid size which was sent by customer.
• Customer must explain the reason or defect before returning the dress.
• Return shipment cost should be paid by the customer.
• You will receive refund within a week once we receive the product.
• Please not that their is always slight change in the pattern/flowers on the dresses which is exempted from return.
• We don’t accept refund if the item is shipped and customer change his/her mind before receiving. Customer can get full refund within 2 days of order.
